Lunch was delivered at work today for a training and there were sandwiches, mayo based salads and cookies hanging around. I ignored them.
Coffee.. of course.
10AM - breakfast- mini quiche with smoked gouda, ham and broccoli.
Lunch around 1PMish: Tomato sauce with sweet italian sausage over spaghetti squash
snacks: three fudge babies spread out over the day
snack: one pear and about 2 teaspoons almond butter.
Tea throughout the day
Dinner: I’m going to try to make these Chicken Feta Spinach Burgers and I may or may not eat the bun. I will have tzadziki sauce instead of the red pepper spread. Sides may be broccoli or it might be sweet potato.. either way.
I’m updating this now because I don’t know if I’ll get to do this tomorrow.
